The ideal candidate will bring innovative design ideas to life, delivering captivating event environments, stages, and installations that leave a lasting impression. &nbsp; Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conceptualize and create 3D designs for event spaces, stages, and experiential activations.</li> <li>Develop detailed 3D models, renderings, and layouts using SketchUp&nbsp;and other relevant software.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technical producers, to ensure designs align with client objectives and technical feasibility.</li> <li>Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative event concepts tailored to the Middle East market.</li> <li>Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to deadlines.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to inspire fresh and impactful designs.</li> </ul> Qualifications & Skills: <ul> <li>7 + years of experience as a 3D Designer within the Event & Experiential industry.</li> <li>Proficiency in SketchUp; knowledge of additional 3D software</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in stage design and event space layouts.</li> <li>Strong understanding of spatial design and how audiences interact with environments.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly.</li> <li>A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating immersive, audience-centric experiences.</li> </ul> Please note that MCG Talent can only respond to those candidates that we feel meet the criteria laid out by our client.
