The Brand Marketing Director leads the end-to-end brand strategy across all channels, partnering with content, creative, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, insight-driven campaigns. Working closely with senior leadership, they ensure brand efforts align with business goals to drive long-term growth and innovation in a fast-changing media landscape. &nbsp; Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Lead the development and execution of the brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.</li> <li>Define the brand's positioning, messaging and value proposition to differentiate the brands in a competitive Entertainment industry</li> <li>Develop the annual and quarterly plans for the company.</li> <li>Evaluate and assess campaign performance and KPI's including brand health, funnel metrics, viewing metrics and talkability</li> <li>Brand Development and Execution. Oversee the development of all brand assets to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams including content, product, performance, CRM to integrate the brand and marketing strategy across customer touchpoints.</li> <li>Media Buying and Campaign Management. Develop and execute data-driven media strategies to amplify brand visibility and communicate content offering across key platforms.</li> <li>Work closely with the media agency to identify target audiences, select media channels and allocate budgets effectively to maximise reach and ROI.</li> <li>Oversee the end-to-end management of brand and content campaigns, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach across all channels.</li> <li>Stakeholder Management. Serve as the marketing lead for the company, advocating for the brand's mission and driving the strategy both internally and externally.</li> <li>Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives- Manage relationships with external agencies, studios and creative partners to ensure successful marketing execution.</li> <li>Performance Tracking and Reporting. Track the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports on KPIs to assess the impact and shape strategic decision making</li> <li>Continuously optimize brand marketing strategies based on results and market trends.</li> <li>Leverage data and analytics to measure brand health and consumer engagement, adjusting strategies as needed</li> </ul> &nbsp; Qualifications and Experience <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).</li> <li>15+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, with a focus on building and growing brand identities.</li> <li>Experience in the Entertainment, Media or digital sectors is preferred</li> <li>Strong background in brand strategy and positioning: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy, from market research and audience segmentation to competitive positioning and messaging.</li> <li>Experience in Integrated marketing Communications.</li> <li>Client-side experience is preferred, but not mandatory.</li> </ul> Skills & Competencies <ul> <li>Knowledge, experience anda passion for entertainment with a proven flair for creativity and desire for improving content marketing.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation</li> <li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.</li> <li>Strong Digital and Social Media Expertise.</li> <li>Exceptional leadership and people management skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Fluency in Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory</li> </ul> Please note that MCG Talent can only respond to those candidates that we feel meet the criteria laid out by our client.
