We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Management Officerto support the design and implementation of talent initiatives that help attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees. This role will work closely with HR business partners and department heads to ensure that talent programs align with organizational goals and support long-term growth.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of talent management frameworks, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
  • Coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and engagement.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing high-potential employees and developing individualized development plans.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure consistent application of talent policies and processes across the organization.
  • Track and analyze talent metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and retention programs that strengthen organizational culture.

 
Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR business partnering.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, career development, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data to drive insights and improvements.
  • Experience in HR systems and tools is an advantage.
  • Must be a UAE-national
