Strategy Director

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can connect cultural insight, audience intelligence, creativity, and data to build impactful, full-funnel communication strategies. You’ll work closely with senior clients and internal teams to shape brand positioning, develop integrated campaigns, and drive measurable business outcomes across multiple touchpoints.
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead integrated strategic planning across advertising, media, PR, social, and digital
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and leadership teams
• Translate business challenges into insight-led communication strategies
• Develop integrated creative briefs and campaign frameworks
• Partner with creative, media, PR, and digital teams for unified execution
• Use audience intelligence, cultural insights, and AI-powered planning tools to inform strategy
• Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and new business development
• Mentor and develop high-performing strategy talent

  
What We’re Looking For

• 8–10+ years of experience in integrated strategy, brand planning, or communications strategy
• Strong agency or consultancy background
• Proven expertise across advertising, media, digital, social, and PR
• Experience leading strategic workshops, pitches, and senior stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of data-driven planning, AI tools, and digital ecosystems
• Ability to connect brand building with performance-driven outcomes
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and leadership skills
