Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Tech (preferably B2B SAAS) to lead the development of our client's product strategy and roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology, SAAS, and user-centric design principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, execution, and delivery.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the B2B SAAS space.
• Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
• User-Centric Design: Advocate for the user experience by gathering insights and feedback, translating them into actionable product requirements.
• Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, strategies, and performance metrics to stakeholders, including executives and team members.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or start up world.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
