A leading global professional services organisation is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect (SM) to own solution architecture and guide high-quality Salesforce delivery at enterprise scale. We are looking for a strong performer to join our client’s technology delivery team and help deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
The Salesforce Technical Architect owns the technical design and architectural direction for Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned to business goals. You will define architecture patterns, guide development teams, and ensure best practices across configuration, custom development, integrations, and data design. This role partners with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions and provides governance across delivery, covering security, performance, release management, and platform optimisation.

Key Responsibility:
- Define Salesforce solution architecture, standards, and best practice frameworks
- Lead technical design across platform configuration, custom build, and integrations
- Provide governance via code reviews, architecture reviews, and delivery oversight
- Design and support data models, security architecture, and performance optimisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Guide development and admin teams and support estimations, planning, and delivery
- Ensure release management, environment strategy, and platform stability
Qualification:
- 8 to 12+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture leadership
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and security model
- Proven experience with integrations, APIs, middleware, data migration, and enterprise delivery
- Salesforce certifications preferred, Application Architect or System Architect
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
