A leading events and exhibitions organisation in Riyadh is seeking a proactive, results-oriented Sales Manager Partnerships to join its growing team. This role focuses on developing new business, securing high-value partnerships and exhibition contracts, and building long-term relationships with clients across the GCC.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong track record in sales within the partnerships, exhibitions, and events industry and is eager to contribute to an expanding presence in the region.



Key Responsibilities
  • Secure high-value, strategic partnerships and exhibition contracts in the GCC market to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop compelling proposals and present bespoke partnership packages to potential partners.
  • Assess potential ROI for existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, exhibitors, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new commercial opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Programming, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure partners’ and exhibitors' commitments are seamlessly executed.
  • Work closely with Finance to monitor revenue, profitability, and renewals.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in partnerships, exhibitions, or commercial sales within the events, media, or related industries, preferably in the GCC.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of securing and delivering multi-million-dollar partnerships and exhibition contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the GCC and global events market is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel within the GCC region.
