A leading global professional services organisation is seeking a MS Dynamics Technical Architect, SC/M, Tech to lead technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics D365 programmes and ensure scalable delivery. We are looking for a strong performer to join our client’s technology delivery team and help deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
This role leads technical architecture and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics D365 programmes, ensuring systems are implemented to enterprise standards with strong integration, data, and performance foundations. You will design end-to-end solutions across Dynamics and the wider Microsoft ecosystem such as Power Platform and Azure, guiding teams through build, testing, and deployment. You will also establish governance, best practices, and delivery standards, while partnering with business and technical stakeholders to ensure the solution meets functional requirements, security expectations, and long-term scalability needs.

Key Responsibility:
- Own end-to-end Dynamics D365 architecture and technical solution design
- Lead integration approach across Power Platform, Azure services, and APIs
- Define data strategy, migration approach, and governance frameworks
- Guide delivery teams through build, testing, deployment, and optimisation
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability standards are met
- Support stakeholder alignment, technical documentation, and estimation planning
- Establish best practices across DevOps, environment management, and release cycles
Qualification:
- 8 to 12+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 and architecture ownership
- Strong Power Platform and Azure integration experience
- Proven enterprise CRM or ERP delivery experience across multiple phases
- Strong understanding of security, governance, and environment management
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and leadership ability
