Job description.
We are seeking an experienced Insights Manager to lead the end-to-end setup, management and delivery of media insight products for a key strategic account. You will bring a sharp analytical mind, strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn data into actionable intelligence that drives business decisions.
In this on-site role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between insight delivery and client objectives. You will collaborate with both internal and client teams to deliver high-quality, strategic and timely reports that influence decision-making at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ad-hoc and regular insight reporting for a high-profile client, providing on-site support for evolving needs.
- Develop comprehensive analysis reports from scratch, delivering clear, actionable insights and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Provide strategic input during key events, crises and other high-impact moments.
- Oversee and mentor a small on-site team, ensuring quality, alignment and timely delivery of all outputs.
- Design and deliver a scalable measurement programme aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance insight generation, reporting efficiency and data visualisation.
- Contribute to proposal development, onboarding and account growth initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience delivering media and communications insights across sectors.
- Strong storytelling ability with a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
- Excellent report writing, analytical and presentation skills.
- Confident communicator with experience managing senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AMEC frameworks (qualification is a plus, not mandatory).
- Collaborative, curious and driven mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
