Job description.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Transformation Consultant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Big 4 consulting firms and a proven track record of leading successful HR transformation projects.
  
Please note - this is a Consultant Role not a HR Manager.
  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess organizational HR needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement HR transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage HR transformation projects, including process redesign, technology implementation, and organizational change management.
  • Conduct HR needs assessments and gap analyses.
  • Design and deliver HR training and development programs.
  • Implement performance management systems and processes.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

  
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in HR consulting, with a focus on transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends.
  • Experience working in a Big 4 consulting firm or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
