We are partnering with a leading international communications and advisory firm to appoint a General Manager – Saudi Arabia (Corporate & Strategic Communications)—a critical leadership role supporting the Kingdom’s growth, strengthening local leadership, and driving operational and commercial performance.
  
This role requires a Saudi candidate with strong in-market credibility, combining strategic advisory expertise with hands-on operational leadership in a fast-evolving communications landscape.
  

The Role
As General Manager, you will act as a key partner to senior leadership in KSA, ensuring the successful execution of business strategy across corporate communications, public affairs, and advisory services.
You will play a central role in aligning local market execution with regional and global priorities while maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government entities.

  
Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations
  • Act as second-in-command for the Saudi business, supporting overall market leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring delivery excellence across all accounts
  • Drive alignment between local teams and regional/global leadership
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key clients, government stakeholders, and partners
  • Provide strategic counsel on corporate communications, reputation management, and public affairs
  • Support new business efforts and strengthen client portfolio growth
Commercial & Growth
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across the Saudi market
  • Identify new opportunities across sectors including government, giga-projects, and private sector clients
  • Contribute to business development, proposals, and strategic partnerships
Team & Culture
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing local team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
  • Support talent development and retention in line with business growth
  

Requirements
  • 12–18+ years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or advisory
  • Proven track record in a leadership role within KSA (GM, Country Manager, Business Unit Head, or Senior Director)
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi regulatory, cultural, and business landscape
  • Established network across government, semi-government, and private sector stakeholders
  • Commercially driven with strong business development experience
  • Experience within a communications agency, consulting firm, or advisory environment preferred
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) strongly preferred
