Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Define the brand's positioning, messaging and value proposition to differentiate the brands in a competitive Entertainment industry
- Develop the annual and quarterly plans for the company.
- Evaluate and assess campaign performance and KPI's including brand health, funnel metrics, viewing metrics and talkability
- Brand Development and Execution. Oversee the development of all brand assets to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including content, product, performance, CRM to integrate the brand and marketing strategy across customer touchpoints.
- Media Buying and Campaign Management. Develop and execute data-driven media strategies to amplify brand visibility and communicate content offering across key platforms.
- Work closely with the media agency to identify target audiences, select media channels and allocate budgets effectively to maximise reach and ROI.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of brand and content campaigns, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach across all channels.
- Stakeholder Management. Serve as the marketing lead for the company, advocating for the brand's mission and driving the strategy both internally and externally.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives- Manage relationships with external agencies, studios and creative partners to ensure successful marketing execution.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting. Track the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports on KPIs to assess the impact and shape strategic decision making
- Continuously optimize brand marketing strategies based on results and market trends.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure brand health and consumer engagement, adjusting strategies as needed
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
- 15+ years of experience in brand management and marketing, with a focus on building and growing brand identities.
- Experience in the Entertainment, Media or digital sectors is preferred
- Strong background in brand strategy and positioning: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy, from market research and audience segmentation to competitive positioning and messaging.
- Experience in Integrated marketing Communications.
- Client-side experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
