We are seeking an experienced Personal Brand & Strategic Communications Lead to take ownership of the long-term personal brand, reputation and strategic positioning of a prominent UAE business leader.
This is a newly created leadership role focused on building, protecting and scaling an established profile across the UAE and internationally. The successful individual will develop and execute a comprehensive personal brand and communications strategy, ensuring a clear and consistent direction across multiple businesses, platforms and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the long-term personal brand and strategic communications strategy.
Lead reputation management, executive positioning and profile-building initiatives.
Identify and develop thought leadership opportunities.
Lead media strategy and strategic communications programmes.
Advise on speaking engagements, partnerships and executive profiling opportunities.
Coordinate communications activity across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure brand reach, credibility, engagement and influence.
Use data and insights to continually optimise communications activity.
Identify opportunities to strengthen regional and international visibility.
Deliver against the strategy with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in strategic communications, reputation management, executive communications or personal brand strategy.
Demonstrated experience managing the profile of CEOs, founders, senior executives or high-profile organisations.
A strong understanding of executive positioning, thought leadership and reputation building.
The ability to develop long-term communications strategies and translate them into effective execution.
A data-driven approach to measuring communications and brand performance.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align communications with wider business objectives.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, businesses and agency partners.
The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
