Vice President, Corporate Communications (Hong Kong)
The client is an award-winning regional strategic communications firm in its expansion phase in the region, now looking for a VP / Director for their team in Hong Kong. The right candidate will be entrepreneurial and can generate new business, drive and take ownership over the team and work very closely with the founders of the business to grow.

The right candidate will be entrepreneurial and can generate new business, drive and take ownership over the team and work very closely with the founders of the business to grow.
Responsibilities include:
- Advise the firm’s key clients across finance, insurance, fintech, corporate on PR and integrated marketing communications, especially at the executive C-Suite level.
- Mentor senior staff in leadership
- Guide and direct the firm and all practice leads on client development to increase overall revenue
- Lead senior teams to deliver high-caliber work and win NEW business.
- Strong skills in management, business development, and presentation skills
- Candidates from public relations or marketing agencies preferred
- Experience managing a P&L at an agency.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive and resilience.
- Outstanding leadership skills and a passion for mentoring staff
- Experience in driving a strategy in a client service-centered business
