The Company:

The Role:
  • Working alongside the Director of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations to manage and optimize the Quality Assurance and User Experience (UX) across e-commerce, CRM, website, and retail teams
  • Establish and implement QA protocols and UX best practices for various teams to ensure the highest level of quality and user satisfaction in all our e-commerce offerings
  • Work hand-in-hand with the data and tech teams to leverage insights for UX optimization, ensuring our platforms are user-friendly, intuitive, and meet customer needs
  • Oversee and manage UX testing processes across all platforms and touchpoints, ensuring that all bugs and issues are identified and resolved
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA management and UX design - e-commerce or DTC background is preferred
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their UX requirements, as well as familiarity with CRM and retail digital interfaces
  • Proficiency in UX design software and understanding of modern QA tools and methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Language: Cantonese is a MUST
