About the Role
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with the clients' overall marketing objectives
- Manage and create content for clients' social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities to engage with the audience and increase brand awareness
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other team members, including copywriters, designers, and account executives, to develop and execute social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices and make recommendations for improvement
- Respond to comments and messages from followers and customers in a timely and professional manner
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy, selecting targeting options, and monitoring performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
- Experience working in an agency setting is a plus
