We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale, multi-year project focused on talent development and the promotion of arts and culture across Hong Kong and Mainland China. This role involves managing cross-border partnerships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of impactful community programmes.

  

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of a multi-year arts and culture project in collaboration with regional partners
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, cultural institutions, and internal teams
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes
  • Facilitate regular meetings with partners, including preparing presentations, reports, and documentation
  • Drive the implementation of programmes such as exhibitions, outreach initiatives, and community engagement activities
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders to achieve project goals and maximize impact
  • Oversee events, ceremonies, and public-facing initiatives to enhance visibility and brand positioning
  • Monitor project performance, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies where necessary
  • Conduct data analysis and impact assessments to support continuous improvement of project initiatives

  
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proven experience in project or programme management, preferably within the nonprofit, cultural, or public sector
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across multiple organizations and regions
  • Exposure to arts, culture, heritage, or museum-related projects is highly preferred
  • Experience managing cross-border initiatives, particularly involving Mainland China, is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin / Putonghua is a plus
