A well-established consumer and lifestyle brand is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead its brand, digital, and integrated marketing programmes. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand management, campaign leadership, and performance-driven marketing. You will bring commercial insight, team leadership experience, and the ability to shape brand growth across multiple channels and markets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development of annual marketing strategies, calendars, and campaigns.
  • Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and creative development across consumer touchpoints.
  • Drive digital, social, CRM, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with commercial teams to support sales, promotions, and market expansion.
  • Manage agency partners and collaborate across internal departments.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and team development.

Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated communications.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital marketing, and brand strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth across channels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Experience working across APAC markets is preferred.
