About the Client

A modern data and tech driven marketing agency with 1,600+ experts in 20+ markets is looking for a Senior Manager, People and Talent to join their growing team in Korea!

About the Role

As the Senior Manager, People and Talent, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation, acting as the point of contact for employees' HR related topics covering both Korea and Japan.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting covering - screening, interviews, negotiation and job offers and will be working closely with the Regional team and General Manager in determining resource / talent acquisition needs.
  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Managing performance reviews and drive employee engagement and retention activities.
  • Analyse training & development needs and implement initiatives 
About the Candidate
  • Minimum 7 years+ of HR experience in an international and fast paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of people best practices and employment labor law in Korea
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders with discretion and sensitivity across all levels of the business
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work with multicultural teams
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills 
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be based in Seoul, Korea
  • Fluent in English and Korea; Japanese is a PLUS!
