Job description.
The Senior Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day client account delivery across PR and communications programmes, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly, creatively, and with clear impact. You will manage multiple workstreams across media relations, content development, stakeholder communications, and integrated campaign support. This role requires strong client management, attention to detail, and the ability to guide junior team members while maintaining high quality standards. You will play a key role in shaping strategy into execution and ensuring deadlines, budgets, and KPIs are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PR and communications programmes across planning, execution, and reporting
- Manage client relationships, meetings, and ongoing communications with confidence and clarity
- Drive media relations activity including press outreach, media lists, and coverage tracking
- Oversee creation of press materials, messaging, content, and campaign assets
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners or vendors to ensure delivery excellence
- Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring strong output and development
- Monitor performance against KPIs and provide insights to optimise activity
Qualification:
- 6 to 9+ years of experience in PR and communications, agency or in-house
- Strong background in media relations, content development, and campaign execution
- Confident client manager with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members preferred
