Our client is a global ad and marketing agency that is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a dedicated in-house team servicing a high-profile client.
Note: This role requires fluency in both English and Japanese.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and internal client advocate
- Support planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, website, and video
- Review and refine creative briefs, gather assets, and collaborate with the creative team to develop and deploy content across all required formats
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams
- Scope and cost projects in partnership with the account and project management teams
- Run regular status meetings, track deliverables against milestones, and drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Bring creative and strategic thinking to brainstorming, concepting, and presenting work
What You'll Bring
- 5 to 7 years in integrated marketing, digital advertising, account management, or project management
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, from taking briefs through to final delivery
- Studio management or creative production coordination experience is a strong advantage
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
- Collaborative team player who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
