Job description.

We’re working with a global leader in marketing technology, known for its AI-driven platform that helps top mobile brands grow, engage, and monetize audiences across the world for a role that covers the Japanese market.
  
They’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key advertiser relationships based out of Beijingand reporting into the broader APAC team. This person will be pivotal in strengthening client partnerships, driving revenue performance, and ensuring long-term business success through data-driven strategy and creative problem-solving.
  

What you’ll do:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of mobile advertisers in Japan, acting as their go-to strategic advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across analytics, product, and operations to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders, translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify new opportunities for account expansion, from upselling to introducing new solutions.
  • Shape go-to-market initiatives tailored to Japan’s digital ecosystem and evolving customer landscape.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, influence the product roadmap, and promote best practices across the region.
  

What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years’ experience in account management or client success within digital marketing, mobile advertising, or tech-driven growth environments.
  • Proven ability to drive commercial results and manage revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and user acquisition models.
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to turn complex data into strategic insights.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, fluent in English and Japanese.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, international settings with cross-functional teams.
