- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
- Effectively educating clients on the unique advantages of our smart billboard advertising solutions.
- Creating and delivering customised proposals and presentations to address each client's specific advertising needs.
- Skilfully negotiating and closing deals with clients, ensuring precise and efficient contract execution.
- Collaborating closely with the operations team to guarantee the successful implementation of advertising campaigns.
- Providing regular reports on your sales activities and results to the management team.
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in media sales, with a preference for out-of-home advertising expertise.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English and spoken Cantonese.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain robust client relationships.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
