Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion objectives in Singapore
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to drive their success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including financial institutions, asset managers, and other stakeholders within the digital asset ecosystem
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends to position our digital asset solutions effectively and provide tailored recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client onboarding
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, strategic alliances, and collaborations, to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market dynamics, and provide regular reports and insights to the executive team
- Stay updated with industry developments, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging trends
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance our brand presence and generate new leads
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in sales, business development, or account management roles, preferably within the financial technology or digital asset industry.
- Strong understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
