A global omni-channel media agency is looking for a Project Manager to joint heir growing Data team. 
  
About the Role
  • Oversee the management of technical data and consultancy projects, covering advanced analytics, business intelligence, Martech, and data science.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various departments, regions, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects with a focus on quality.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, detailing strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Develop and execute effective communications, training, and post-delivery support plans.
  • Manage all project documentation, ensuring the maintenance and updating of project plans and process documents.
  • Cultivate relationships with data and consultancy clients, focusing on retention and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support account directors in defining project scope and objectives, predicting resources, and managing the budget.
  • Assist in client servicing through cross-sell proposals and participation in client proposal meetings when needed.
  • Stay informed about internal channel and product updates, ensuring effective communication to clients.
  • Develop a robust knowledge base through engagements with clients.
  • Facilitate the sharing of Data Consultancy knowledge within the organization at the regional level.  
About the Candidate
  • Minimum of +3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the data field.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of any additional language is advantageous.
  • Proactive individual comfortable taking the initiative and collaborating across diverse teams and departments.
  • Strong client-facing attributes.
  • Solid understanding of the digital data ecosystem, including tracking and metrics.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, working independently across various organisation departments.
  • Proactive, motivated, self-starter, and eager to learn.
  • Attention to detail with effective troubleshooting skills to support the technical team.
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with any of AA (e.g., GA, AA), BI (e.g., BQ, Tableau), Martech (e.g., GMP, CDP), or DS (e.g., Presto).
  • Experience with SQL is beneficial.
  • Understanding and experience with digital media channels, such as PPC, Social, Programmatic, is highly advantageous.
