We are seeking a Videographer to join a high-profile, fast-growing client in the FS space. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the creative development, production, and post-production of corporate video content for both internal and external audiences.
The ideal candidate will have extensive production and post-production experience, with strong content development skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and creative teams to deliver excellent work.
This position is onsite in Hong Kong, with occasional travel required. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Turn stakeholder requests into clear briefs, realistic budgets, and actionable production plans.
- Lead and support video shoots, including talent direction and directing photography on set.
- Edit live-action content and partner with motion designers to produce refined final assets.
- Work with the creative team to develop ideas that are strategically strong, creatively ambitious, and deliverable within time and budget.
- Own production coordination across logistics, suppliers, and shoot planning.
- Bring production expertise to the wider team and help raise standards across all output.
- Act as a key point of contact for production input across client and account teams.
- Build a deep understanding of the client’s business, audience, and communication priorities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in video production.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and social distribution platforms.
- Solid technical knowledge of camera equipment and production setups.
- A strong eye for content, trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Confident interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
