About the Client

A modern data and tech driven marketing agency with 1,600+ experts in 20+ markets is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their growing team in Korea!

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation, acting as the point of contact for clients and the digital expert across multiple channels (Search, Social, and Programmatic).

  • Develop market-specific digital marketing strategies that challenge conventional norms and harness the full potential of the digital landscape.
  • Analyze data to craft compelling narratives on how each media platform functions and performs
  • Building strong relationships with clients and delivering top-tier client service and support.
About the Candidate

If you are passionate, experienced, and ready to lead in the programmatic realm, the following qualifications make you the ideal candidate:
  • Minimum 5 years+ of digital management experience - performance marketing, consultancy roles, or in-house marketing positions
  • Essential experience in senior client handling and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the programmatic landscape.
  • Experience with media planning and media buying
  • Experience managing activity across international markets is a plus.
  • A track record of consistently improving account performance and delivering tangible results.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Additional Requirements:
  • Relocation to Seoul, South Korea.
  • Visa sponsorship will be provided.
  • Fluent in English.
