Job description.

We're looking for a Partnership Manager to join a high-growth FinTech based in Singapore. In this key role, you'll spearhead the growth of my client's loyalty platform across APAC by forging and nurturing strategic relationships within the loyalty/tech space.
  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scout and assess high-potential partnership opportunities in APAC, analyzing volumes, demographics, competition, and strategic fit.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with operators, airlines, and lounge/dining/Fast Track providers to negotiate favorable agreements and secure prime access rights.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product) to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and launch of new partners into our ecosystem.
  • Design and execute partnership strategies that accelerate revenue growth, boost utilization rates, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly evaluate partner performance through data-driven reviews, tracking operational efficiency, financial health, customer feedback, and KPIs.
  • Deliver clear, insightful reports and updates to senior leadership on partnership progress, achievements against targets, and strategic recommendations.


  
Requirements:
  • Proven success in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships, ideally in loyalty and/or technology.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, you are able to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders from diverse cultures.
  • Strong analytical abilities with hands-on experience using data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and proactive; comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • Readiness and enthusiasm to travel across the APAC region as required to meet partners and attend key industry events.
  • A collaborative, positive team player with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Business fluency in English and Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.
