About the Role
- Shape and drive the brand's social personality and communication.
- Oversee go-to-market plans for social brand programs in Japan, managing everything from briefing to creative execution and results analysis.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to deepen brand engagement and elevate our social presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Project management for social and brand campaigns with a social-first lens.
- Develop strategies, calendars, and GTM plans for specific campaigns.
- Measure performance and conduct post-mortems to inform future strategies.
- Deliver integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty with customer and prospect organisations.
- Support compliance regarding external agency partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing channels – partner marketing, product marketing, online, social, customer references and others to integrate field programs into customer buyer’s journey
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing roles across agencies or client side.
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing social media content and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of YouTube’s ecosystem and APAC pop culture.
- Experience with influencers, content production, and social analytics.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a talent for building collaborative partnerships.
- Excellent English communication skills and fluency in Japanese.
