Job description.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will plan and execute full-funnel acquisition and lifecycle programs to drive qualified demand in Hong Kong.

This role requires a data-driven operator who can run experiments, optimise paid/owned channels, and lift conversion across web and nurture journeys.
The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with strong collaboration skills to hit pipeline and revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build an experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses, targets, and cadence.
  • Manage paid media (Search, Social, Programmatic).
  • Improve web conversion (landing pages, CRO, forms) with rapid test-and-learn cycles.
  • Own lifecycle: email nurture, lead scoring, automation, and sales handoff SLAs.
  • Partner with content on gated assets, webinars, and events that generate quality leads.
  • Share actionable insights and prioritised backlogs with stakeholders.


Qualifications
  • 4–6 years in growth/demand generation with measurable impact on pipeline.
  • Hands-on with Google/Meta/LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, and CRO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into action.
  • Experience partnering with sales; SEO/content knowledge a plus.
  • Hong Kong market familiarity; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.
