About the Client

Our client is an award-winning communications consultancy firm looking for an Account Manager to support its growing sustainability accounts in Singapore. About the Role
As an account manager, you will:
  • Strategize and implement communication plans for the client including content calendar, long-term strategies, and corporate reputation.
  • Develop and oversee communications assets for the target audience including press releases, social media content, and thought leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in different segments such as healthcare, food & nutrition, ESG.
  • Lead and manage client relationships, maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical writers, designers, and digital specialists to ensure integrated and impactful campaigns
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients, leveraging industry and market knowledge to inform and guide their communication and marketing strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the Business Development team to generate leads and proposals
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform and advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions
About the Candidate
  • 3-4+ years of experience in PR/communications (agency preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and prior experience in a client-focused role (ideal).
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Updated with ongoing trends and themes in sustainability practices.
  • Professional work ethic and willingness to lead.
  • A university degree or higher in journalism/marketing/corporate communications is desirable.
  • Mature, driven and can mentor the team to success.
