Head of Retail, Global Luxury Brand (Seoul)
My client is a well-known luxury house looking for a Head of Retail for their South Korean business. As the Head of Retail for a global high-end luxury brand, you will oversee all retail sales and operations across South Korea.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Development: Create and lead a comprehensive retail strategy for the region to drive sales and profitability, continuously assessing our footprint to capitalize on market growth opportunities.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor financial objectives and performance, implementing strategies to improve profitability, manage costs, and maximize revenue.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize the sales process and ensure operational excellence across all retail locations.
  • Risk Management: Assess key business risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience in all stores while enhancing the in-store environment to reflect brand values.
  • Performance Culture: Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear objectives and targets, measuring outcomes, and providing ongoing coaching to market leaders.
