Head of Media

MCG Talent have partnered with a global digital media agency to help them find an exceptional Head of Media to lead and develop their media initiatives across APAC.
  
My client has a strong presence in over 35 markets, with over 2800 members stationed globally, they work with brands across different sectors such as hospitality, retail, luxury, health and beauty, financial services, travel and many more!
  
As the Head of Media, you will focus on driving growth for key accounts within the region and deliver excellence & efficiency to local and global hubs.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Develop new media solutions and evolve existing activation propositions to ensure all offerings are cutting edge and competitive.
• Collaborate with the client and growth teams to craft and present new activation opportunities that meet client's objectives.
• Lead, inspire and develop activation specialists, whilst providing consistency of support across all markets in APAC.
• Develop and establish partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead internal processes, ensure internal communications are shared across all channels within the business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of media agency experience, ideally with substantial time spent leading large-scale teams and departments.
• Strong understanding of media nuances across APAC, with experience managing clients across the region.
• Solid background in Paid Search, Social, Programmatic & Display and actively engaged in the industry.
• Strong attention to detail is required and ability to articulate in a concise manner.
• Posses strong stakeholder managements skills that can influence and advise.
