MCG Talent are on the lookout for a Group Account Director to join a global digital agency based in Hong Kong.
As a Group Account Director, you will oversee the development of campaign projects for several key clients within the technology, alcohol, property and transportation sectors in Hong Kong and China.

As a Group Account Director, you will oversee the development of campaign projects for several key clients within the technology, alcohol, property and transportation sectors in Hong Kong and China.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert for clients, and build an in-depth understanding of the client's business needs and market needs.
- Provide expectational client servicing and account management, collecting briefs and working cohesively with teams to deliver projects in a timely manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan, develop and manage digital campaign strategies.
- Provide consultative guidance on digital and best practices to team members to drive revenue and profit to achieve the company's growth.
- Oversee the development of campaign content, customer analytics, and reporting tools to ensure campaigns are performing at a high quality.
Requirements
- Ideally 8+ years of agency experience with a strong focus in integrated marketing and/or campaign management.
- Good leadership skills and strong client management experiences.
- Exceptional resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to be hands-on at all times.
- Great relationship & communication skills that can influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin. Good English.
