Experience Lead

MCG Talent is currently looking for an Experience Lead to join a boutique digital agency based in Hong Kong. Working closely with some of the world's biggest MNCs, they are specialists in merging technology, design, and industrial design to create seamless integrated brand experiences.
  
Responsibilities:

• Defining and delivering digital solutions for our clients
• Leverage an existing design system to ensure visual consistency and efficiency across the app.
• Design simple, intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces, including high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Present in design reviews and incorporate feedback appropriately.
• Assist the user research team in getting feedback for continuous improvements
• You contribute by turning great ideas into tangible prototypes such as mobile app mockups, iPad prototypes for client interviews, mini-landing pages, website mock-ups, animated storyboards, UX/UI projects, etc;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project manager, developers, and stakeholders, to understand, challenge requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions

  
Requirements:

• 4 - 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing your work on complex mobile apps in a Western design approach
• Proficiency in Figma and Jira
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with design systems and the ability to extend and enhance them.
• wxcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the building management and Fintech platform is a plus.
• Native in Cantonese, Fluent in English
• Has the right to work in Hong Kong, or a valid working visa
