The Executive Creative Director (ECD) will be responsible for leading and inspiring the creative team to deliver innovative and strategic design solutions. This role demands a visionary leader with exceptional skills in creative direction, brand development, and strategic thinking. 


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and articulate the overall creative vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead the creative department in conceptualizing and executing compelling campaigns and projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains innovative and relevant.
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, art directors, and copywriters.
  • Foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages creativity and high performance.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and development of creative team members.
Brand Development
  • Ensure the creative output consistently reflects and enhances the company’s brand identity and values.
  • Oversee the creation of brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate creative strategy with marketing, product development, and business goals.
Project Oversight
  • Manage and prioritize multiple creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and content to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
Client and Stakeholder Relations
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their vision.

Must be solid at destination marketing and have a strategic eye.
  
Must be from a government or tourism background.
