A globally recognised corporate and public affairs consultancy is looking for an experienced Account Director / Associate Director to join its Singapore office. This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial communications leader to shape and expand the firm's award-winning corporate practice across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior counsel to C-suite executives on corporate positioning, brand reputation, stakeholder relations, and crisis/issues management.
- Advise multinational and regional clients on navigating complex policy, regulatory, and geopolitical landscapes in APAC.
- Lead teams to develop integrated strategies across corporate, policy, tech, healthcare, ESG, and sustainability themes.
- Oversee client portfolios, ensuring excellence in program delivery and profitability.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through existing networks and targeted outreach.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team; foster collaboration across markets and practices within the firm.
- Contribute to thought leadership, industry events, and cross-market campaigns to enhance the firm's regional profile.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in other consultancies, think-tanks or government.
- Strong understanding of the APAC public affairs landscape, including government relations, policy advocacy, and stakeholder mapping.
- Proven success in advising multinational clients on corporate reputation, regulatory engagement, or issue/crisis management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strategic approach to storytelling and messaging.
- Established media and stakeholder networks across Asia. Comfortable working in complex multi-market environments.
- Entrepreneurial drive, commercial acumen, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced advisory setting.
- Experience managing cross-border accounts and collaborating across diverse cultural and regulatory contexts.
