Director Corporate Communications (Financial Services)

Our client is a specialised finance and corporate communications consultancy that is looking for an Associate Director or Director to be based out of their Hong Kong office.

The right candidate will have strong experience in reputation management, corporate communications and strategy across financial services' communications.
  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Senior client advisor for strategic communications, ensuring alignment with business goals and value for stakeholders.
• Manage all client servicing: performance, profitability, forecasting, billing, account planning, and delivery.
• Lead and mentor account teams, support talent growth, and balance workloads.
• Shape communications programs across internal and external audiences.
• Provide expert counsel and strategy during crises and sensitive issues.
• Drive business growth through client expansion, pitches, networking, and new opportunity development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, contribute to agency initiatives, and support global marketing.

  
Skills and Qualifications:

• 12+ years of communications experience. Agencies or in-house.
• Strong sector expertise in finance and B2B tech
• Ability to advise on digital transformation, global economy, regulation, market changes, and sustainability.
• Successful in business development and client retention, adept at presenting and building relationships.
• Experience managing global projects and crisis communications.
• Native level fluency in English or Mandarin.
