We're seeking experienced Digital Sales professionals in Hong Kong with a passion for Digital Marketing and a proven track record in media sales to join a MNC with 30+ offices around the world. The role involves daily communication with China based agencies and brands. If you're enthusiastic about digital advertising and have a strong background in sales, hit apply!
  
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key agencies and advertisers.
  • Consult key advertisers and agencies based in China on leveraging partners to achieve business and marketing objectives.
  • Educate advertisers and agencies on our partner products through presentations and one-on-one training.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Track revenue performance, take corrective measures when necessary, and own commercial success.
  • Drive strategic steering of short-term and long-term KPIs.
  • Innovate and contribute new ideas to improve customer service standards.
Core and Functional Skills and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Digital Marketing, Digital Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, with a focus on large accounts and relationship building.
  • Must have experience handling accounts based in China.
  • Experience in online advertising, analytics, programmatic platforms, and social media.
  • Strong commercial skills with responsibility for direct revenue.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
  • Creative thinker with a positive attitude and a thirst for learning.
