The Digital Marketing Manager (Social Media Focus) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role will play a key part in driving our digital marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and performance. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content marketing.
Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy
Create and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with broader marketing objectives.
Identify and leverage key trends, platforms, and best practices to grow our audience and increase engagement.
Content Planning and Creation
Collaborate with creative and content teams to plan, produce, and publish engaging content across social channels.
Oversee social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with key campaigns, events, and brand objectives.
Develop multimedia content (e.g., text, image, video, graphics) that is informative, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Community Management
Engage with audiences across platforms, respond to inquiries, and manage relationships with followers to foster a vibrant online community.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to connect with followers.
Analytics and Reporting
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategy.
Prepare monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, audience insights, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Marketing Teams
Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure social media is integrated into all campaigns and initiatives.
Partner with paid media teams to align organic and paid social strategies, maximizing reach and engagement.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends
Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep the brand at the forefront of social innovation.
Test and implement new strategies, formats, and content types to keep social media fresh and engaging.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years focusing on social media.
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, SEO, and content marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for design and brand voice.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
