Designer

Our client is a leading creative studio that is looking for an Integrated Designer for their team. It is for a well-established and growing account with regional and global reach.
  
This role requires fluency in both English and Japanese.


  
Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and graphic concepts for digital and print in response to briefs
• Create rough layouts covering arrangement, type, size, and overall aesthetic direction
• Present concepts and design strategies to key stakeholders
• Follow projects through all stages; from concept to production and deployment
• Produce technically correct digital and print-ready mechanicals
• Collaborate regularly with creative leadership, partners, and team members
• Solve business challenges through smart, strategic creative design

  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience across digital, print, motion graphics, web design, UX/UI, artwork, or production
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, and MS Office
• Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to translate marketing ideas into world-class visuals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, in both English and Japanese
• Ability to build and maintain effective client and internal relationships
• Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging design technologies; hands-on experience with AI tools is a plus
