 We're partnering with a luxury brand on the hunt for a Design Manager to lead creative direction and visual identity across their business.
  
This is a senior, hands-on role owning the design output from concept through to execution - and the person responsible for ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.
  

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading creative direction and visual identity for the brand
  • Owning design output end-to-end, from concept through to final execution
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all consumer and retail touchpoints
  • Managing and developing a design team
  • Partnering closely with marketing and product to bring campaigns to life
  • Keeping a pulse on emerging trends in the luxury space

  
What we're looking for:
  • Strong art direction experience within luxury or premium retail
  • A portfolio that shows elevated brand storytelling, campaign creative, and cross-channel visual strategy
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring design teams
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and product partners
  • A sharp eye for what's next in luxury

  
Non-negotiables:
  • Based in Hong Kong with relevant experience in the region
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese
