Managing Director, Corporate Communications Consultancy (Singapore)
 
MCG Talent is working with a leading consultancy in Singapore looking for an experienced Managing Director to lead their office. As a senior member of a global name, this role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
 
The ideal candidate should be adept at managing large teams, have a hands-on approach to client acquisition and retention, and have strong leadership skills.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational management of the team and office.
• Drive business growth through strategic initiatives
• Provide senior client counsel and maintain client relationships with corporate clients.
• Lead new business development efforts.
• Offer strategic advisory services to clients, and up-sell/cross-sell in other areas.
• Mentor and manage a team of exceptional professionals.
• Manage the firm's P&L and oversee growth of the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the agency environment, ideally in Singapore / APAC.
• Proven track record in managing large teams
• Strong background in client acquisition and retention
• Ability to provide strategic counsel to clients
• Experience in managing P&L
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in the APAC region
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth
• Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and international offices
