The Company:

This Role:
  • Leading and supporting the compensation and benefits projects to meet and align with the business strategies and culture.
  • Managing the annual budget and salary review exercise for the performance appraisal and reward process for the employees.
  • Leading and supporting HR system related topics including system transformation, implementation and enhancement project. 
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 8 years of HR experience in Compensation and Benefits or HR Information Systems
  • Very strong analytical and data management skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cantonese is a MUST
