The Ideal Candidate:
- Leading and supporting the compensation and benefits projects to meet and align with the business strategies and culture.
- Managing the annual budget and salary review exercise for the performance appraisal and reward process for the employees.
- Leading and supporting HR system related topics including system transformation, implementation and enhancement project.
- 8 years of HR experience in Compensation and Benefits or HR Information Systems
- Very strong analytical and data management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Cantonese is a MUST
