- Lead Workers Welfare Communications: Utilize your specialized experience in workers' welfare to lead and oversee all communication efforts related to workers' well-being.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that highlight the project's commitment to workers' welfare, aligned with its core values and objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project leadership, HR, and construction teams to gather insights, stories, and data that showcase the project's initiatives in supporting workers' well-being.
- Impactful Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including press releases, articles, social media updates, and newsletters, that spotlight the project's workers' welfare initiatives and successes.
- Strategic Messaging: Craft persuasive narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, from workers and their families to local communities, investors, and industry peers.
- Media Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify the project's messages regarding workers' welfare.
- Media Monitoring and Response: Monitor media coverage, online discussions, and industry trends related to workers' welfare, strategically responding to shape public perception.
- Awareness Events: Plan and execute impactful events, webinars, and workshops to raise awareness and engagement around workers' welfare initiatives.
- Metrics and Reporting: Develop performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make informed adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- 3-5 years of specialized experience in communications, with a strong focus on workers' welfare, corporate social responsibility, or related areas
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and leading communication strategies centered around workers' welfare
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create compelling narratives and messages
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and understanding of digital communication trends
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the construction industry or large-scale projects is advantageous
