As the Senior Communications Manager for Workers Welfare, you will be the driving force behind shaping and executing communication strategies that spotlight the project's dedication to workers' welfare. Your experience and passion for workers' well-being will be critical in fostering collaboration, conveying meaningful narratives, and advocating for the welfare of the individuals powering this groundbreaking construction project.
  
About the Role
  • Lead Workers Welfare Communications: Utilize your specialized experience in workers' welfare to lead and oversee all communication efforts related to workers' well-being.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that highlight the project's commitment to workers' welfare, aligned with its core values and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project leadership, HR, and construction teams to gather insights, stories, and data that showcase the project's initiatives in supporting workers' well-being.
  • Impactful Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including press releases, articles, social media updates, and newsletters, that spotlight the project's workers' welfare initiatives and successes.
  • Strategic Messaging: Craft persuasive narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders, from workers and their families to local communities, investors, and industry peers.
  • Media Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify the project's messages regarding workers' welfare.
  • Media Monitoring and Response: Monitor media coverage, online discussions, and industry trends related to workers' welfare, strategically responding to shape public perception.
  • Awareness Events: Plan and execute impactful events, webinars, and workshops to raise awareness and engagement around workers' welfare initiatives.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make informed adjustments.

About the Candidate  
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of specialized experience in communications, with a strong focus on workers' welfare, corporate social responsibility, or related areas
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and leading communication strategies centered around workers' welfare
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create compelling narratives and messages
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and understanding of digital communication trends
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the construction industry or large-scale projects is advantageous

*This position will be based in Saudi Arabia and will require relocation, with some flexibility.
