This is a 1 year contract and looking for someone who is available immediately.
  
We are looking for:
An enthusiastic and experienced Communications and Event Management Executive to join our vibrant team. We need someone who can:
  • Quickly grasp business priorities and create engaging pitches for various content channels.
  • Work effectively with senior stakeholders and team members to meet deadlines and execute tasks smoothly.
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Plan and manage internal and external events such as workshops and executive briefings. This includes organizing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including various departments, business partners, and senior management.
  • Develop and oversee social media strategies for DBS Transformation Group’s senior leaders, ensuring consistent branding and impactful messaging.
  • Work with internal teams to develop content for communication channels like awards, newsletters, and social media.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of external engagements and communication activities.
  • Assist with event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and vendor coordination.
  
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
  • Expertise in social media management and digital communication platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Speaks Mandarin.
