MCG Talent have partnered with a global MarTech consultancy to look for a Client Service Manager to join their expanding team in Beijing. Our client specialise in providing global data insights, CRM, CX, demand generation, loyalty program strategy solutions for both B2C & B2B clients.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Client Services Director to develop and nurture client relationships.
  • Liaise with clients on pitches proposals, RFQ and RFPs.
  • Develop credentials and proposals with MarTech functional team and regional commercial teams.
  • Analyse client's channel strategies, data and performance and effectively communicate this to clients.
  • Participate in networking events to further develop network within the market.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing agencies with a specialism in customer experience, marketing automation, digital customer data, line channels and CRM.
  • China specific industry knowledge around digital marketing, CX, marketing automation, CRM, Social CRM, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience with developing client relationships with proven sales growth.
  • Solid communication skills, comfortable with speaking to all types of levels within an organisation.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
