MCG Talent are working with a leading Global Digital Consultancy to find a talented Client Services Director to join the growing team in Beijing, China.
  
As a Client Services Director, you will play a vital role in growing the business in the Chinese market. The focus of the role will be a mixture of business development and account management.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client relationships, develop and maintain long term relationships with clients in various sectors.
  • Identify and manage new prospects through the sales process, become the touch point for clients on pitches proposals, RFQ and RFPs, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop credentials and proposals with the client service team, MarTech functional team and regional commercial teams.
  • Take lead in marketing insight projects by analysing client's channel strategies, data and performance and effectively communicate this to clients.
  • Participate in networking events to further develop network within the market.  
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing agencies with a specialism in customer experience, marketing automation, digital customer data, line channels and CRM.
  • China specific industry knowledge around digital marketing, CX, marketing automation, CRM, Social CRM, and data-driven marketing.
  • Experience in developing trusted client and partner relationships with proven sales growth from business development.
  • Have a strong presence and presentation skills; comfortable talking to C-level executives and developing relationships at all levels of a customer organisation.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin.
