We seek an accomplished Client Partner with extensive cross-channel experience, adept at building relationships, and driving results for clients. Reporting directly to the VP Client Services for South East Asia, this pivotal senior-level role involves owning a portfolio of major accounts within APAC, contributing significantly to our growth and business expansion plans.
About the Role
  • Owning the largest accounts within APAC, serving as the key liaison between clients and internal channel teams.
  • Collaborating with the VP Client Services to develop crucial capabilities in SEA.
  • Establishing excellent client relationships at various levels, focusing on commercial, reputation, and delivery perspectives.
  • Leading multiple planning and activation teams across the SEA business to drive multi-channel strategy and cross-channel planning, ensuring client objectives are met.
  • Working closely with channel and market teams to manage priorities, workloads, and resource allocation, ensuring smooth campaign execution and delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Ensuring consistency in cross-channel communications and reporting across all channels and markets, acting as the lead multichannel point of contact.
  • Maintaining and updating project plans and process documents, enhancing working methods for increased efficiency.
  • Leading internal multichannel meetings, facilitating knowledge sharing across channels, teams, and markets.
  • Actively seeking cross and upsell opportunities within the account.
  • Staying informed about channel, product, and industry updates within the agency and appropriately communicating these to clients.
About the Candidate
  • 9-14 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a media agency environment; travel industry experience highly valued.
  • Excellent understanding of all digital channels, including PPC, Display, Paid Social, and Data Analysis.
  • Experience in localised digital strategies for China, Japan, and Korea is beneficial.
  • Strong client management skills with a proven track record of working with senior clients.
  • Capable of leading and nurturing a team ranging from Account Directors to Executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strategic planning and team management experience.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Results and target-driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask, collaborating with all agency departments as well as working independently.
  • Proactive, motivated, self-starter with confident client-facing attributes.
