Client Director

MCG Talent have partnered with a top digital media agency to help them find a Client Director to lead some of their biggest accounts within North Asia.
  
Our client has a strong presence in over 20 markets, with over 1800 members stationed globally, they work with brands across different sectors such as retail, luxury, health and beauty, travel and many more!
  
As a Client Director, you will focus on driving growth and business expansion plans for existing accounts, and driving brand awareness within the Japanese market.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall business strategy for the Japanese market, and oversee digital marketing strategies for key accounts.
• Manage and lead digital media planning and activation teams, delegate tasks and responsibilities.
• Develop and establish partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet client's expectations, and get hands on when projects are not meeting the standard.
• Lead internal processes, ensure internal communications are shared across all channels within the business.

  
Requirements

• 15+ years of media agency experience, equipped with strong sense of leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional understanding of all digital channels e.g. PPC, Display, Paid Social and Data Analysis. Along with strong experience in localised digital strategies in Japan.
• Able to lead and nurture a team ranging from Directors to Executives.
• Posses strong stakeholder managements skills that can influence and advise.
• Fluent in English and Japanese is a must.
